CONSULATE OUTREACH – April 13, 2025

Updated: 4 days ago

Reported by: Jerry Ancheta, President Elect 2024-2026

Setup and Operation:

The day before the event, Alexis and I systematically organized the designated area while Purie arranged the dining space.  The consulate team began their setup at 8 AM and initiated applicant processing at 9 AM, concluding by 2:30 PM. Their performance was exemplary, and the new voter pre-registration process was introduced.

Acknowledgments:

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the volunteers whose efficient coordination ensured the smooth operation of the event. They directed applicants, managed traffic, prepared food, copied documents, set up tables and chairs, and handled cleaning duties. The consulate provided positive feedback regarding the event.   Applicants for dual citizenship patiently awaited their scheduled oath-taking ceremony which is set to occur at 2pm.  We will inform you of the final applicant counts soon.

Special thanks to Alexis for his exceptional engagement with applicants and patience in addressing their inquiries.
